17. Cancellation policy
At Roidfitness.com, we are constantly striving to provide our customers with quality AAS at competitive prices. If for any reason the customer wants to cancel an order, he can do so before we send/process the order. Orders that are processed cannot be canceled.
18. To cancel an order
Log in to roidfitness.com account and go to MyAccount -> History
The ordering customer wants to cancel and click the cancel button next to the order
For canceled prepaid orders, the payment will be refunded to the mode/account used to make the transaction.
19. Refund policy
The refund will be processed to the customer in the following cases:
Prepaid orders: A refund will be automatically initiated by the order canceled or before the customer refuses to process
Pre-order and Refund: If for any reason, the customer orders part/whole within 10 days of the shipment being generated, a refund will be automatically generated
COD Order: In the case of a COD order, a refund will be allowed only after a thorough inspection of the product. In this case, it is prudent for the company to allow a partial or complete return. However, for this national order, exchanges are allowed within 30 days of the invoice being created.
For the above cases, the refund will be credited to the customer’s account within 7 business days.
20. Distribution policy

Home Delivery: Roidfitness, LLC will place the order at the customer’s doorstep. During the entire delivery process, the customer will be informed of the status of his order
We are committed to providing the customer with the promised delivery when ordering against each order. Customers have requested a check for the promised delivery time when ordering the drug.
